We undertake preparation of LAsting Power of Attorney documents and applications to the Court of Protection with instructions being taken at the office or in your home if you prefer.

Peter can also deal with administration of estates, obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration.

From October 2007 there were changes to the law concerning Enduring Powers of Attorney, this means you now have to create Lasting Powers of Attorney which comes in two parts, one to deal with matters in relation to health and another to deal with matters relating to property and other affairs. Peter has expertise in this area and can advise on existing Enduring Powers of Attorney and the setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney.
